Continuing the legacy of Georgetown’s beloved Independent Seafood market, The George Hotel’s namesake restaurant, The Independent, is an ingredient-driven, seafood restaurant showcasing the Lowcountry’s surrounding local fisherman, farmers, and purveyors.
